Commercial Fan Caterpillar Industrial Fan Junk

Description
This is a junk item, a CAT brand electric fan.
The fan suddenly stopped working while in use.
The oscillation function still works, so it seems to be receiving power to some extent.
The fan itself does not rotate electrically, but it does not feel seized up.
This is a high-performance 35cm commercial fan, model HV-14S360.
There are no severe scratches on the exterior, but it is dirty from use.
This is a junk item.
It will be shipped in its original box.
*****Update 3/31*****
I tried turning it on again, hoping it might have miraculously started working.
Something is growling inside the unit, but the oscillation function has also stopped working.
